Meet the Instructor
From a young age, Marilyn Copans has always had a fondness for all things Western. Opening Western View Farm, LLC in 2020 has been a dream come true as it provides her the opportunity to share her love of the horse and Western style riding with children.
A horse owner for more than half her life, Marilyn has often provided pony rides and horseback riding lessons to family, neighbors and young friends. She is an experienced instructor and mentor with riders of all ages. Her work spans a range of rider experience level from preschool age to retirees, from pleasure riding to professional show competitions.
It is Marilyn's goal to help riders build confidence and determination and learn compassion and care for animals. She believes skills that are acquired through learning to ride a horse are skills that are useful and applicable to every day life.
